1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment options including UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available). All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes and products. COD availability will be shown at checkout. Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed before placing the order.


3. Is it safe to make online payments on your website?

Absolutely. Our website uses secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure that your payment information remains safe and confidential at all times. We do not store your card or UPI details.


4. What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, please wait for a few minutes and check your bank account. In case the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. You may also try placing the order again using a different payment method.


5. When will I receive my refund for a cancelled or returned order?

Once your return or cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on our policy.


6. Are there any additional charges on payments?

There are no hidden charges on online prepaid payments. Any applicable charges, including shipping or COD fees, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before placing the order.


7. Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

No, once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. However, you may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new order using a preferred payment method.
