We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange facility on eligible products subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, original packaging, and invoice intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange requests are accepted only for size or variant change, subject to stock availability. Once the exchange request is approved, customers will be required to ship the product back to us following the instructions shared by our support team. After we receive and successfully inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed. If the requested size or variant is unavailable at that time, customers may be offered an alternative product or store credit, as applicable.

Please note that exchange shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered. In such cases, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product for verification.

Products purchased during sale, clearance offers, discount events, or items specifically marked as non-exchangeable, as well as customized or altered products, are not eligible for exchange unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted nature of products are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to approve or reject exchange requests after quality inspection. Our decision in such cases will be final and binding.
