We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product received, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, and should be returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, original packaging, and invoice intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or tampering will not be accepted for return.

Once a return request is approved, customers are required to ship the product back to us as per the instructions provided by our support team. After the product is received and successfully inspected, the return will be processed. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on the return reason and internal policy.

Please note that return shipping charges may be applicable and will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos for verification.

Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers, as well as customized, altered, or made-to-order products, are not eligible for return unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Minor variations in color, print, or texture due to photography, lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted nature of the product are not considered defects and will not qualify for returns.

We reserve the right to approve or reject return requests after quality inspection. Our decision will be final and binding.
